Membership​ Benefits​

  • Provision of a unified organization to represent the profession of Reflexology Therapy at the provincial level.
  • Provision of a provincial framework of qualifications, Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics and Conduct to strengthen and guide the profession of Reflexology Therapy.
  • Registration and representation of  qualifying Reflexology Therapists in Nova Scotia.
  • Provision of a forum whereby Reflexology Therapists will have a voice as to how Reflexology develops in Nova Scotia.

Rights and Privileges of Membership​
​​1. Registered Reflexology Therapists (RRTs)
   Practicing:
  • Shall have the right of voice and one vote at membership meetings.
  • Shall be eligible to serve on the Board of Directors of the Association and as a member or chairperson of any of its committees.
  • Shall be eligible for all membership programs, benefits and services.
  • Shall have the right to use the designation “RRT” (Registered Reflexology Therapist) after their name.
  • Shall be provided with a certificate of membership.
  • Shall be eligible to be listed with the public referral directory.
2.   Non-Practicing:
  • Shall have the right of voice and one vote at membership meetings.
  • Shall be eligible for certain membership programs, benefits and services.
3. Associate Members 
  • Shall be eligible for certain membership programs, benefits and services.
4. Student Members
  •  Shall have the right of voice and one vote at membership meetings.
  • Shall be eligible to serve on the Board of Directors of the Association and as a member or chairperson of any of its committees.
  • Shall be eligible for certain membership programs, benefits and services.
